    1) The Product
 
   

Franziskaner Weissbier is a top-fermentation beer brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Only choice high-quality raw materials (wheat malt, barley malt, hops, top-fermenting yeast and pristine brewing water) are used in the production of this premium-quality weiss beer.

     
    By employing
     
   
- an especially large proportion of wheat malt
- our own special purebred strain of top fermenting yeast, maintained and regularly inspected in our own culture, and
- constant quality controls throughout the production process
     
    we ensure that Franziskaner Weissbier has
     
   
- a constant level of carbonation
- an optimum distribution of yeast and
- a constantly superior taste.
 
    2) The Product Range
   
    Franziskaner Weissbier comes in three different types:
     
   
- Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Hell (light clouded weiss beer),
- Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel (dark clouded weiss beer) and
- Franziskaner Weissbier Kristallklar (crystal-clear weiss beer).
 
    3) Product Descriptions
   
   

All three types of Franziskaner Weissbier - Hefe-Hell, Hefe-Dunkel and Kristallklar - are top-fermentation beers noted for their agreeable level of carbonation and a distinctive weiss beer flavour.

Their consistently high quality makes each of these weiss beers a uniquely refreshing taste sensation.
 
    3.1) Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Hell
   
   

Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Hell is noted for its agreeable level of carbonation, natural cloudiness and distinctive weiss beer flavour. This is the 'classic' among weiss beers.
 
    3.2) Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel
   
   

Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel wins supporters with its refreshing yet aromatic and full-bodied flavour. This dark, cloudy speciality is a special treat for weiss beer connoisseurs and bock beer aficionados.
 
    3.3) Franziskaner Weissbier Kristallklar
   
   

Franziskaner Weissbier Kristallklar is a delicately bitter weiss beer that is especially sparkling and thirst-quenching. A beer for everyone who wants a fresh weiss beer without cloudiness.
 
    4) Packaging Overview
   
   

Franziskaner Weissbier products come in just the right packaging for every sales channel and every drinking occasion.

It goes without saying that all three types are available in 20 x 0.5 litre wraps.

For our core product, the classic Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier Hell, we also offer 0.5 litre cans and the attractive new 6 x 0.33 litre longneck six-pack.
